About us | Stencilwerck print room & publishing

Stencilwerck is an artist-run riso print room based at De Besturing in The Hague (NL).
Stencilwerck operates a Risograph digital stencil duplicator and an analog Gestetner 360 stencil duplicator, and various other machines to produce a wide range of printed matter.

Stencilwerck is specialized in limited edition artist’s books. As a print room, we work together with amazing artists and art projects, both from the Netherlands and beyond. We encourage artists to be part of the printing process and offer workshops in Riso printing at Grafische Werkplaats Den Haag.

Besides publications and zines, we also print flyers, posters, business cards, and such.

Stencilwerck Editions is our DIY publishing house. We invite artists we like to work together on zine-like publications. You can find us and our publications at art book fairs throughout Europe. Every other year we organize the artbook festival The Other Book in The Hague (NL).
